A.N.H. Management has been serving South Florida Communities since 1982. Our staff of Licensed Community Association Managers (CAM) and Certified Managers of Community Associations (CMCA) provide quality real estate management services for Homeowner Associations, Condominiums and Timeshare Associations.

A.N.H. Management acts as an agent of the Associations Board of Directors by professionally coordinating the daily operations of the community .  The Board is then relieved of the daily workload and responsibilities, enabling them to concentrate on policy decisions of a broader scope. We are able to guide the Board of Directors and Association members in maintaining a successful community by incorporating innovative ideas with current industry information and regulations
